Today, I was telling 3 classmates on Whatsapp about my depression. One of them told me to "nut up n grow a pear." Two hours after we mocked him for being an illiterate jackass, one of us has had our car tires knifed and another's house has been egged. I'm terrified of what will happen to me. FML

Today, my family finally noticed my depression because of how quiet, down and uninterested I’ve been. They responded by harassing me for saying nothing, calling me names, and making fun of me. Hmm, I wonder why I’m depressed. FML

Today, a guy made fun of sexual assault victims, and laughed when he heard they’re getting money and support. He also said I look like his next victim. I hit him, unapologetically. My friends told me to apologise, and that he’s really a great guy. No longer my friends. Talk shit, get hit. FML

Today, I found out that our neighbors told almost everyone on our street that I was mentally handicapped. All this time I wasn't sure why they would speak slowly and loudly at me. Now they won't believe me when I tell them I'm a 4.0 GPA student. FML

I fail to see the connection between telling classmates about his illness and your implication that him doing so makes him not depressed. Being able and willing to talk about depression does NOT mean someone doesn't have it.

The OP was telling some of his classmates about his depression, and one of the classmates told him to "nut up n grow a pear", he and the other classmates mocked him, and this classmate responded with vandalizing their property. If that classmate was gonna be a jackass first, then he deserved whatever they said to him, because if he was gonna be an insensitive bastard and mock somebody opening up about their depression, he should've at least used proper grammar in his insult.
