time to hide your roommates drug stash until they learn that other people are not food when they are high. I suggest a flyswatter across the face and a stern "no!, bad roomie! People are not food!", next time this happens.

If they're attractive but creepy you can always over-look the creepy and, with some proper training and direction, turn this into a future happy way to wake up. Think positive!
