Today, I had my son do some chores around the house. I was fairly proud of him for doing it himself, until he told me he accidentally washed his Nintendo in his sheets, and now it doesn’t work. I can’t afford a new one and he now refuses to do chores because, “I did and look what happened!” FML

Today, I went to visit some family out of state for my niece's birthday. I couldn't think of what to get an 8-year-old so I got her a Barbie doll. Everyone else got her money, iPods, game consoles, etc. When she got to mine she asked "how do I turn it on?" Then threw it away when she couldn't. FML

Today, I finally bought the toy my two year-old son always wanted. He would always tap on the TV when the commercial for it would appear. I gave him the gift, and he started playing with the bag it came in. FML

Today, my 3-year-old son put into practice the lesson I taught him yesterday, about how to use a larger piece of Play-Doh to pick up smaller bits. Unfortunately, he used this method to pick up a small bit of poo from his pants with a larger bit of poo direct from the toilet. I was an hour late for work. FML

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! I did something similar once. I told my cousin's kid he could help out in the backyard by pulling up the weeds. My Tulips were apparently weeds.

the iphone comes with a 1 year warranty that is voided by liquid damage. however you can pay a 199 out of warranty repair fee for liquid damage. also, applecare can be purchased within the first year of the phone, but that doesn't cover liquid damage either.

Oh! That kind of thing sucks the most because you get SO mad but you can't get mad because they were trying to do something nice! I hate having to sit down and try to calmly explain that they've just destroyed something very expensive and that they should ask first before taking your stuff when inside you're just trying not to kill them. Sorry about your phone :( At keast you know you have a son that cares though :)
