Today, my boyfriend of 3 years saw baby wipes in my bathroom and assumed I had a kid. He broke up with me. I use baby wipes to take off my makeup. FML

If he's really that dumb, be glad you're rid of him. Maybe he was looking for an excuse to break up?

YDI because you could do so much better than a guy who makes decisions by assumptions only.

maybe he was looking for a way to break up

for something as small as that, it might be safe to say he was just trying to find a reason to break up with you fyl

that doesn't even make sense. if u were together 3 yrs wouldn't he know if u had a kid or not?

Ehh I dont see this happening. Now this could be real IF he had seen the whipes and broken up with you without telling why. But then you obviously wouldnt have written this FML If he had seen the whipes and said WTF YOU HAVE A BABY, unless you were suddenly overcome with a epileptic seizure then there was nothing stopping from saying. WTF? No I use those to take off my make up... I'm sorry I just cant concieve of a situation with this happening.

You must use ALOT of make-up. Do you spend your spare time working as a *****?

bs. so what...he assumed you'd been hiding your child for three years? sees a box of wipes and calls it quits?

wow. your boyfriend's a dumbass.. be glad you left him now. or OP explain to him how you use baby wipes as make up remover?

Seems like he was just looking for an easy way out, or perhaps a complete idiot... Either way, your better off without him. If you really want, you could try and explain to him but... I don't know if you should bother.

With all due respect, and I mean this in the best possible way, I think you are better off without him. He seems unreasonable and someone you cannot talk to. Imagine his reaction to credit card charges that he cannot immediately identify. Imagine his reaction to getting any bill. Can you imagine sharing truly serious decisions with someone this volatile? I am sure it hurts, but objectively, you are better off. And I keep baby wipes in my car to remove bird droppings and other things like that between car washes. I agree they are very useful. Good Luck!
