Drugs are illegal. You deserve it for doing something which isn't allowed. And for all of you thinking "he is young...everyone does it at his age...give the kid a break" mentality, I am 18. I am not doing, nor have I ever done drugs in my life.

I really hope I'm being trolled here. Seriously. This is severely testing my tolerance for nearsighted mouthbreathers.

For all you people preaching "it's bad because it's illegal" and "YDI for not following rules"..... This is the same mindset that achieves NOTHING. If everyone decided to follow every rule, no matter how poorly backed up by reason it was, then all the fat cats in control could just do whatever they wanted. This goes for both weed and just about every other issue that's ever had to be dealt with. For instance: African Americans would still be slaves, women still wouldn't be able to vote. Test your boundaries, people. Just because someone is higher in the hierarchy than you doesn't mean they're automatically right. A lot of research now is rebutting old tales of 'deadly marijuana' and whatnot. Also, for you who say that all the pot smokers they know are fat losers failing out of school... That's probably because they're the most obvious. A few years ago, still in the prime of my ignorance, I only knew of one person who smoked weed. He sure looked like he did, and he passed out on campus several times. He was chubby and didn't get good grades. However, now that I actually smoke on the rare occasion, I've discovered that many people smoke weed, some of which I never would have guessed. Most of them keep up great grades (especially considering I go to a fairly elite private school), are involved in extracurricular sports and activities, and generally keep their illegal past time on the down-low. Probably some of your friends toke and just keep it from you because they know you'll react with something like "Gosh, that's totally illegal! You're a bad person!"

Look, all you pot haters. Listen. I did a double-blind study back in my high school years about pot usage. On the last day of the 30-day test, they called my name and I went in. The doc said "I've seen a lot of control group people today." I found out, I wasn't in the control group. I HAD been smoking pot, every day, for 30 days. Look, what it comes down to is really this: would you rather do it even though it's illegal, or not do it BECAUSE it's illegal.
