I think that she is at fault here because if she wasn't sure that she was ready to have sex, then she shouldn't have told you that she wanted to do it, knowing that she might regret the decision afterward. And, you slightly have some blame in the situation, because I think you should have made she, asking her more than once if she really wanted to do it. But, again, I say she was mostly at fault.
