Lawman

Today, my boss in my police department told me to start enforcing the "No bikes on sidewalks" law, which we usually ignore. I pulled up behind the first person I saw riding a bike on a sidewalk and flashed my lights. It turned out to be a boy with Down's syndrome, who was so upset he cried and peed. FML

wow, that really sucks. its not your fault at all, how were you to know that the kid had down syndrome? You were just doing your job. Don't worry about it man

You shouldn't feel bad about enforcing the law, and you should definitely tell your boss what happened.

aw dont worry, you didnt know! just explain how you were enforcing the law.

Why is it I never see anyone pulled over for running red lights? Just as easy to find and definitely more dangerous... I like where the boss puts the priorities.

Wow...are you people ignorant or do you all just never ride bikes? In case you didn't notice, there's this little strip of road with a huge bike painted on it. Know what it's called? THE BIKER LANE. You know who'se suppose to you use it? BIKERS.

That's what you get for being a goddamn pig!

Uh...there aren't any bike lanes in my area. I didn't know you couldn't ride on the sidewalk, that's stupid

@Glitchman, Yes, and you know how CLOSE cars love to ride next to the Bike Lane? REAL close! Like I said before, a lot of motorists like to use the bike lane as a third lane, or use it for the turn lane. Bikers are at a very high risk riding on the road, even if there is a bike lane.

Stupid, lazy, fat, dumb, retarded, good-for-nothing car owners. Think you own the road. Bicycles are not safe on sidewalks, not for pedistrains, not for bike riders, and not for car doors. You are required to give bicycles 3 feet on either side in my state. By my math that is six feet plus, or a whole lane. But then the fact that you can't drive is no suprize to me. I watch you drive, like my life depends on it. But either way it's your fault cause "I was just following orders" excuse has been tried before, by other pigs.

don't worry. you had to. it's ur job. i would have done the same thing and been embarrassed too. =S

umm i live in a city and almost get run over by bikers everyday. cars go slow enough in a city that its perfectly fine to ride in the street. sidewalks are too small to begin with... theres barely room for all the people, much less bike riders.people shouldnt be the ones who have to walk in the streets when bikers take up the whole sidewalk .

man that sucks but you were doing your job so thats good, and definitely tell your boss. hahahahaha
