It is only a dream. Don't worry too much. They are safely secured inside your head. Dreaming about an ex isn't a big deal as long as you don't go looking to hook up with her in real life.

I would figure out the trigger for these dreams you are having. Is it something your ex did that you liked in bed? Did you guys do interesting role play or some other "game" that you have not done with your wife? You need to be open to her about what you need in bed. I wouldn't tell her about these dreams because it would hurt her more than help her. I would be devestated if my new husband had intense wet dreams about another woman on my honeymoon with him. I would never tell her, ever. But, I would figure out what the wet dreams have that your current sex life doesn't (besides your ex) and then introduce that into the bedroom. Try to talk about some sexual fantasies you have and try out some new stuff.

I see a lot of posts with people assuming that his ex his hotter than his wife. It doesn't say anywhere in the FML that his ex was hotter, nor does it mean that she is hotter just because he had a wet dream about her. All it means is that he is attracted to her and is most likely not over her.

Just think about all the reasons why you guys broke up and why you got married to your wife.
