Overbearing girlfriend

Today, I woke up, thinking it was going to be a good day. However, when I looked at my phone, I saw that my girlfriend had sent me an obscene number of angry messages, which are still coming in, because I forgot to say goodnight to her last night. FML

End every conversation with a preemptive "Good night" and "Good morning."

Damn she be cray-cray!! RUN! Sersly though...it's so ironic that she wanted you to wish her a good night, which you didn't. So, instead of going to sleep, she decides to do a self-fulfilling prophecy and be angry all night. Thus, she did not have a good night. So...How'd you sleep?

Might not want to stay with her if she can't get over something like that. You'll just end up miserable and bitter at the things that'll probably come...

Does it even matter if you leave just once without saying goodbye? If this makes her upset, then damn, I wish you luck in this relationship.

Hey guys, why are you all so negative and judgemental? Maybe the poor girl was just having a bad day or something went wrong and all she needed was a "Goodnight" from her boyfriend? I mean, it was a bit too much to get THAT mad but you don't know what's going on in her life.

I agree I know I judged a little in my comment but it's people like you who remind me that we have all been there and gotten severely angry over stupid things (I'm being sincere sorry if it sounds sarcastic >_<) anyways the world needs more people like you :)

Because you don't take your bad days out on other people like that. Yes, we have off days, but if you want to keep the person you are with and not drive them away, you don't freak out because they made a tiny mistake.

I believe that he should leave I have an amazing boyfriend and yes I do get upset when he doesn't say good night (I'm a giant worrier and always assume the worst cuz I'm a moron like that) but I don't ever text him pissed off because he didn't I might text him a few times then just wait he doesn't deserve someone who is going to get that angry about something so simple

I am sorry, but this comment was decent... but the lack of punctuation made it hard for me to understand. I believe that [Op] should leave [psycho girlfriend.] I have an amazing boyfriend. Yes, I do get upset when he doesn't say good night--I'm a giant worrier and always assume the worst because I'm a moron-- but I don't ever text him pissed off. I might text him a few times then just wait [for him to respond.] He doesn't deserve someone who is going to get that angry about something so simple.

103- Absolutely unnecessary. Also slightly bitchy.

I'm the same way. My boyfriend and I live together, so we obviously don't text each other good night, but when he's more than an hour late coming home from work and I haven't heard from him I usually start to freak out a bit and send him a bunch of texts asking if he's okay. He rides a motorcycle, so I always worry that he's been hit by a car and wound up in the hospital.

sorry it was hard for you to understand. I just don't generally punctuate online, I figure if morons can typ lik dis and be understood then the lack of punctuation can be too.
