Today, I found out where my surprise honeymoon is: it involves swimming with dolphins. I have a huge fear of dolphins, whales, and sharks. FML

It's the thought that count and your more likely to be killed by coconut than a shark and you're more likely to be killed by a shark than by a whale or dolphin so it's not going to happen.

That's horrible.. I am deeply afraid of whale (humpback, sperm, blue, etc.) so I know how you feel, but I'm not afraid of dolphins, they are my favorite animals

It's possible to be afraid of dolphins? I mean I get sharks or whales but dolphins?

Why would yogi be afraid of dolphins, whales or sharks? YDI for being a wuss. They're all very sweet animals that do what they can to survive. Sharks are wonderful animals; yes, they are scary, but they new to be. Hell, I'd someone came into my house in a speedo, I'd probably attack them too.

For those people who somehow thought OP deserved this: Ever heard of a phobia? It's an IRRATIONAL fear of something. Examples include spiders, getting peanut butter stuck to the roof of your mouth, and DOLPHINS AND WHALES. Fear is a relative thing. I'm not afraid of spiders, some people are terrified of them. Should I get a YDI for fearing needles while other people don't? Also, may I add, I can understand OP's fear; enormous, not very well known animals that actually can be prone to do some very horrific (and violent,) things to humans.

Why are more people saying OP deserves this? Woudl she also deserve it if she was afraid of heights and her husband wanted to take her skydiving for their honeymoon? People can be afraid of anything, including but not limited to various forms of marine life. Her husband-to-be should know she's afraid of them, and if he does, planning such a honeymoon is selfish of him. If he didn't know, hopefully he'll understand if OP tells him why this wouldn't be enjoyable for him. She doesn't deserve to go on a honeymoon where she won't have fun; it's as much hers as it is his. OP, deny him sex if he makes you swim with dolphins. Better yet, deny him sex if he takes you anywhere near something that scares you so much. That'll teach him!

No worries mate! Iv swam with wild dophins and sharks, just stay calm and dony think about fear, fallow this and you will be fine
