THIS. You need to let him know what you need in order to get an ******. You're most likely not gonna reach ****** by vaginal stimulation alone, you need clitoral stimulation, and if it involves you teaching him how to go down on you, then just roll with it. Communication is key. Don't fake it and falsely boost his confidence, because that way, he thinks he's doing something right and will just keep doing whatever it is he's doing wrong.

OP: it is not your husband's duty and obligation to ensure that YOU get an ******, you need to contribute to it as well. Why have you stayed quiet for 5 years? I don't understand, if you're not enjoying sex as much as you used to, why aren't you discussing that with your husband? You deserve it completely. It takes two people to have sex. And if you're faking orgasms, then you're only making the situation worse because he thinks that what he's doing is pleasing you. This is such a stupid FML.
