My only advice is next time you do the condom shopping lol. Just don't let him see the box so he'll feel like a big boy when it actually fits.

Honesty, Op. Don't lie and buy the smaller condoms with the bigger sized box. Get the smaller condoms and have a chat with him: You love him, his penis satisfies you and you just want both of you to be safe together, period. Just my opinion.
