According to the company Taser, it is "tased." However, "tasered" is more common in general use and given that we're turning a trademarked name into a verb, only time will tell which gets officially indoctrinated into the dictionary.

i think he deserves more than that.. if you walk down the street and taze someone you would go to jail for assault.. it is rare but in some cases people have died from being tazed.. being a police officer doesn't give you the right to taze someone unless the officer's life is in danger.. sneezing is not a threat to the officers life.. this cop went way out of line and he needs to be put in jail
