Today, I had a meeting with the CEO about a promising job with good pay and benefits. Upon meeting, we immediately recognized each other. He was someone I used to make fun of in school all the time. He responded by refusing to interview me and had security throw me out by force. Karma bites. FML

Most kids are guilty of picking on somebody at some point in their childhood, might be only once, and they generally regret it massively afterwards. But actual bullies, who do it regularly, are usually pretty unpleasant people and those character traits aren't always grown out of. I'm a manager in a professional environment. I wouldn't say I was ever bullied at school, but I still see a couple of guys who used to be chronic bullies every so often. I wouldn't hire any of them, simply because they're all douches who I wouldn't want to have in my team. God knows what I'd do if I'd been bullied by them and they'd crippled me emotionally and ruined by childhood, and they rocked up looking for a job. I'd say the OP was lucky not to get a smack in the mouth.

isn't that illegal? no, really, i don't know. can someone answer me?

you TOTALLY 100% DESERVE THAT!!!!! asshole! havent you ever heard never to be mean to nerds? theyll be giving you a nose job one day!

He should have hired you. Then made your job so miserable and soul sucking that you would count the seconds until you could leave for the day, and had blood in your stool from all the ulcers. Then ****** your wife at the Christmas party and put the video on YouTube, while giving you a box of razor blades for a Christmas present. But then again, I have issues...But then again, I have a Job You Jackass.

Pwn'd! U wouldn't want to work there anyways

Thats really unlucky. You'll get lots of YDI's because so many nerds use this site but non-nerds can feel your pain. And to everyone being smug about how the nerd ended up a CEO, at least we had good child/teenagehoods.

Oh yeah 165, let's all pitty the bully. I mean, whyever would some of us see poetic justice in a bully being kicked down a notch? Heck, it wasn't even a bad call on the "nerds" side as he know how this dude treats people he deems beneath himself.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a wonderful life between the ages of 20 and 80 than a wonderful life between the ages of 13 and 19. The nerds win at life, the bullies just have to throw some punches before they proceed to fail miserably like the OP.

Wow, I've heard plenty of stupid things, but this tops the list. If your thought process is so warped as to pity those responsible for ruining the lives of others, you belong in a straight-jacket, dumbass.

Yah, too bad our horrible and painful childhoods will make us into (hopefully) stronger people than you will ever be. But hey, you got to enjoy all those useless things like who looked better in jr high

Reading the comments I got shocked about the large sum of people being bullied. Normaly that should be more a "girl thing". I'd a group of guys who realy pissed me off during school when I was 13 (I was the youngest and a nerd). During class as the leader of this group did sth to me and I reacted against him. After a fistfight (during class...) and two bloody noses (teacher laughed his ass off) things were settled. After school we drunk some beers (no problem to get some beers in my country with 13/15) and got best friends for the rest of the schooltime... So I'd recommend to every guy (sorry but no idea about pubescent girls) to beat the shit out of them and stop being a nice little victim. Afterwards head for a beer and review the fight with the bully if it's more or less legal ^.^ Anyway, YDI. I'd broke your nose xD
