Today, I had a meeting with the CEO about a promising job with good pay and benefits. Upon meeting, we immediately recognized each other. He was someone I used to make fun of in school all the time. He responded by refusing to interview me and had security throw me out by force. Karma bites. FML

Today, the CEO of my company wanted to meet with me. I was excited until I found out she just wanted to bitch me out and personally fire me. Later on, I found out my boss had totally shafted me and blamed the failure of a big project on me instead of admitting it was all his fault. FML

Today, I was at a big meeting at work. The CEO was reaming the hell out of us for our recent poor profits, when I accidentally let rip a vile fart. I was then subjected to a 10 minute tirade of abuse for "trying to be a funny man", and told that whatever small chance I had for a promotion is now gone. FML

Today, at work, I accidentally walked into a meeting at which the whole company was there but me. The meeting was about how they could legally fire me while paying as little severance as possible. I'm the CEO and the founder of the company. FML

Today, I walked out of a job interview feeling confident because I'd really hit it off with the interviewer. He called me an hour later to tell me that I didn't get the job, since he was afraid we'd "get along too well and never get any work done." FML

Today, I was getting lunch at a fast food restaurant. My boss was in front of me, and in order to get on his good side I offered to pay. Instead, I got fired because I guess my boss assumed I was making fun of his salary, which I knew nothing about. FML

Today, I went to see a house for rent. The owner ended up being a person whom I denied renting to a long time ago, because I thought she was sketchy looking. Apparently she’s the CEO of a company now. She definitely recognized me and kicked me off the premises. FML

in highschool things are WAY different. once you get older and mature you realize that highschool drama is exactly that...highschool drama. in highschool everyone wants to be the cool guy...and often bullying is a factor. and so bully victims dont rip me apart, i understand that bullying is serious and can leave emotional scars, but when you are an adult, and a boss at that, i think its time to leave high school behind. The OP could have been best suited for the position, but didnt get a shot because of the interviewer. I think its equally a YDI and an FYL. YDI because karma always comes back to bite you in the ass, and FYL for karma coming and biting you in the ass lol.

This is the kind of thing people like that CEO dream about, and very few will ever get it. I took a lot of shit throughout school, and if I ever had a chance like this, I would do the same thing. I realize though the people that gave me shit in school probably aren't even going into the same career path and I won't get this chance. You should probably consider yourself lucky because he could have allowed you to interview and even given you the job and then slowly start to make it really shitty to work for him.

FYL. I personally think the CEO is just an immature douchhole. I used to be bullied ALOT in highschool and middle school. The point that was then this is now, he needs to get over it not be a vindictive little prick.
