yeah my name isn't uncommon, but i've never met someone with the same spelling... which affects people pronouncation >_< also I'm named after a season... just to top it off... hippy parents sigh people need to think more carefully before nameing their children.

my name is pretty normal but it has a different spelling, so its unusual (it's not alice, like my username btw lol) but I've always liked that. it annoys the hell out of me when there are four people in a class with the same name, it gets so confusing.

And ... ? My names Violetta . After my mom's aunt. She would be over 97 if she were still alive . I've never met anybody with my name. But if I met someone 97 years old with it, I really wouldn't be annoyed .

My sister lives with a guy called "Hardick"...he's Indian... They call him big chief Hardick. :-P

my name is common in Brazil and France (I think) but im a russian jew living in New Jersey. No one ever pronouces it right. its Aline - pronounced uh-leen. i get things like "A line", "Ayleen", and '"Ilene" My parents just liked the name. I have never met anyone with the name Aline before. I get called down in school using just my first name. Aline to the office to pick up something please. its awesome. (my last name is Naroditsky, so its hard to pronounce.)

My childhood friend was named that. I forget, but I know she was born in some Latin country. Not brazil tho

Everyone. Look at post #4. They put their name there.
