yeah my name isn't uncommon, but i've never met someone with the same spelling... which affects people pronouncation >_< also I'm named after a season... just to top it off... hippy parents sigh people need to think more carefully before nameing their children.

oh my god you all think your names bad try living with "mary" for a while i swear to god even in mass when the preist goes "hail mary full of..." i look up and look around e trying to see who called my name and i see around twenty other people doing the same thing . My names Sydney and eceryone pronounces wrong, for some reason. they think it's Cindy or something, even though the 'D' is in front of the N . it's a nightmare for someone to spell, apparently, since I've only met one person who could spell it right the first time. and this might be an FML because of the name.... depends what the name IS, though.

No you wouldn't, trust me. I have a really uncommon name and while I don't get mixed up with other people, no one EVER gets my name right. Sometimes I wish I had a more common name lol

Haha Really not an FML. There's a girl I go to school with who's name sounds like la dash ah, but is spelled la-a, I doubt she'll ever find anyone with her name XD
