Today, I started my period. I am getting married tomorrow. So, not only am I going to be on my period for my wedding night and honeymoon, my best friend has to help me change my pad because my dress is so big. FML

It likes to come at the worst possible moments. This is going to sound gross but, if you and your new husband want to do the deed, use a female condom. And hey, at least you know your bestfriend is a true friend!

LMAOLMAO. You got a great best friend. If I was your best friend... Yeah I wouldn't even go near you and your um.. bleeding issues. And to some people that are saying like that she should be using a tampon, she doesn't HAVE to. It's a choice. #165, Please. Be Real. Just because the period is regulated doesn't mean the stress won't make it come later, or sooner then it's supposed to. Not one girl, will always come on a specific date for the rest of their lives. We're stressed and it will come later then usual or it might come earlier.

sorry but you still use pads?! find a tampon you like and then you won't need anyone's help. or at least you shouldn't. (also, it's not the end of the world...just use a towel and you will be fine!)

Wear a tampon and use a pad. That should leave you protected... I'd rather pull out a tampon than wrap up a pad, so your friend can take out the tampon and the pad beneath should be fresh for the rest of the evening.

To anyone who doesn't seem to understand the BC delay thing because of the number of pills: you start a new pack, just keep taking the active pills from the next pack.
