Get a cell booster
Call someone who cares...
you should have some sort of grace period to return it and either cancel the contract or switch phones.
Don't they give u 7-14 days to return it?
You have 30 days in some states I believe. I would check.
You should have 14 days to cancel your contract!
Good thing you got seven days to cancel your contract before your stuck in it for two years
I had this problem when I first moved into my place but then my signal grew stronger over time. I like to think that my provider added a tower just for me but that's probably just me being delusional. ;)
I also used to have this prob also cuz my apartment was mostly concrete had the worst signal in my house it's a common thing I guess so it's likely not the provider at all but your house... Signal blocked if u will hehe
You should have at least 15 days to back out if it's not what you expected or just regret doing it. I've had contracts with different companies that were around 10-15 days to back out. That said... It is a FYL if it's the only service in that area for that particular phone.
Im glad I am not only one with that problem

There's a 30 day trial period. You deserved this for not reading your contract! Return the phone and switch providers
call your service provider and ask them how to update your phone so you can hit more towers and get a stronger signal.
