My 200lb+ cousin has been feeding her 1-year-old son Cheetos and cake - I wouldn't even eat Cheetos and I'm a fully grown adult, let alone give them to a developing child. Some people really are killing their kids with fat, but it's not really any of your business if you don't know the family, particularly since it could be caused by genetics. Well... technically they are murdering their children. Also, most people are fat because of poor lifestyle choices or bad parenting, yet everyone seems to say "well maybe it's a medical issue" No, most likely it's not, unless somehow America is full of people with medical issues, since, you know, we have the biggest percentage of fat people in the world.
