Today, the girl I like called me and said she liked me. After I told her I liked her too, she didn't say anything. Thinking the call was a joke, I started screaming at her and calling her a slut. Turns out it wasn't a joke, she had just hit mute on her phone by accident. FML

Smooth. She dodged a bullet then. Seems you'd fly off the handle over every other little thing in your relationship. The mute button incident was a blessing in disguise for her.

Wow. Grow the **** up! She's lucky she heard how you react in potentially disappointing situations now, rather than when she breaks up with you in a month and you freak out and try to kill her.

Wow... You made a big enough mistake when you overreacted so much for nothing, but to call the girl you like a **** and scream at her-- prank or no prank!-- was idiocy. YOU deserved that. She didn't.

You deserve it for overreacting. You gotta understand that sometimes words cut out, people accidentally hit mute, or the connection fails. I hope she didn't continue to pursue you after this. She got to see your true colors by you yelling at her for a mistake. Also, it's never polite to call a lady a "****."
