Ok ppl #90 and me are the OP. To further clarify the gift was in a box, given the day before and told to open on birthday. It was a gag joke from sister to sister, and she opened up a set of binoculars.

Ok. So OP is a girl. Does it really matter? My family has a raw sense of humor. I am a girl and once asked my brother what I should get him for Christmas. He jokingly said "****" and guess what? I got him ****...not because I think of him sexually, but because it's funny. OP...thanks for the laugh!

To everyone who says this is creepy - is it creepy if a girl gives her sister lingerie for her wedding shower? Nope - happens all the time, and it goes toward the same eventual goal - the receiver's sexual pleasure. It wouldn't be creepy if it were just a friend, and some sisters are best friends. Hell, maybe the sister who was getting the gift is 35 and having trouble landing a man. In that case, this is a very thoughtful gift.
