People are vegan and vegetarian for many different reasons. Let's just keep it at that. And you don't need as much protein as you think, and can get enough from eating veggies alone.

I wasn't trying to start a vegan vs. carnist discussion, just saying that the original comment isn't correct because we got other sources. And what I mean about healthier is that for example veggie burgers have same about as protein as normal burgers, but with less than half of the calories and without saturated fat and LDL cholesterol. I study nutrition, so I know this. Sad that there is so much hate against vegan and vegetarian people, shows how ignorant, pathetic and butthurt you guys are. Anyways, humans aren't made to eat meat, and it isn't healthy, look at all the obesity, cardiac disease and our digestive system to prove that.
