#93, not all fat people are fat because of constantly eating food. There are some diseases that will cause you to gain excess weight, and cause it to becomme difficult to lose. Stop being so ignorant, do some research. And yes, smoking in your car can still have effects on others. If I'm next to a car, and the driver is smoking, where do you think the smoke goes? Unless all the windows are closed, the smoke is still going to enter other peoples lungs, including children.

Damn you guys really are nuns: "OMFG YOU SMOKE, YDI!!!" firstly, it might be possible he tried to stop but he can't. secondly, you won't die instantly if someone with a cigarette is within a mile. People die of passive smoking but he was smoking in his car. and finally, I know pretty much everybody here is american so you can't help that when you die of something else then an extremely high age, you'll whine about it. PS: about the littering part, seriously like you never have trown anything on the floor or outside your car window.
