Get out there

Today, two of my cousins sat me down and said they wanted to give me an early birthday present. With straight faces, they looked at me and said: "We signed you up for eHarmony, and paid for 12 months." Not only do my cousins think I need help finding a boyfriend, but they think it'll take a year. FML

Sounds like a nice present to me. They took the time to think about it and tried to get you something they thought you could actually use.

lmao #3 , yes go w/ tht sugg. :D

there's definitely no need to be offended by this. They probably thought you would like it. It's not exactly YDI, because there's not even an "it" for you to deserve....

You're thinking about it the wrong way. Maybe they know you can find a boyfriend but feel like you're not pushing yourself to do it, so they thought they'd give you the first push. And the 12 months could be so you have more time to consider all your options ;)

Not a FML. You could've gotten turned down.

hey at least now you might be able to find that special someone cheer up :)

What's sad is that I'm filling out an eHarmony profile right now...

meh, give it a chance. eHarmony is actually one of those dating sites where you can find someone decent.
