Today, a cashier asked me if I would like to donate to breast cancer research. Since I have already made my donations this month, I politely declined. The cashier snorted and said, "Maybe you'll feel differently if someone you love got cancer." I'm a two-year survivor. FML

I would've told her "My grandmother's a 2 TIME survivor, I know about it." Yes, she really is a 2 time Breast Cancer survivor, a trooper right there.

I would have asked to speak to their boss. That is unprofessional, and uncalled for no matter what. That idiot needs to be fired before they insult anyone else.

Some people are just so inconsiderate. Not everyone can afford to make donations every time they go to the supermarket. On another note, congratulations for staying strong!

This seems like one of many FMLs in which the poster should have just told someone some significant fact about him or her self. That way, it would be the offender having an FML moment, not the poster.
