I have heard of parents learning their toddlers cant eat hot dogs, sausage, or bacon or other "cured" meats because they're allergic to a curing agent. I've also heard of pork allergies. But I've never heard of a post-childhood bacon allergy development, in someone who has previously enjoyed bacon. seems like some BS to me. :)
