There's only a wrongful termination if she DOESN'T work in a "right to work" state. In those states you can be fired for ANY reason.

That's horrible business sense on the part of your ex-employer. They should use you as a way to inspire their clients. Promote what one can look like if they continue their diet.

I'd be suing for wrongful dismissal, prejudice against skinny people and emotional and mental distress. Being too skinny is not enough to fire someone.
