Actually, it could also be "Zizi", but I'm assuming it's Kiki because that seems more plausible. FYL OP, but I guess it's a nice way to break the ice, no? "Hi, what's your name?" "Penis. What's yours?" :)

''pito'' is slang for dick in some places. but here in puerto rico (and i guess maybe other places too) ''pito'' is whistle and dick is ''bicho''. and ''bicho'' in other countries is used with non-dirty meanings. xD so we all use different slangs.
