Actually, it could also be "Zizi", but I'm assuming it's Kiki because that seems more plausible. FYL OP, but I guess it's a nice way to break the ice, no? "Hi, what's your name?" "Penis. What's yours?" :)

OP gave her/his name: kiki. In French, kiki is indeed a word for penis, but one that is used by children mostly. To be honest, when you say kiki, it makes me think of an old, rich lady calling her tiny dog 'Kiki', more than the penis thing. So if you meet some French people and tell them your name is Kiki, they'll mostly think it's completely ridiculous, then after a few jokes about it they'll think of 'penis'. seriously, even if it didn't mean penis, it's still a terrible, ridiculous name. Makes me think of a small, hideous and heinous dog.

Anyway, Kiki is a pretty common name so if that's your name I don't think it really matters unless your dad named you that so he could say "me feed Penis. Come here Penis. I love Penis." or something.
