Actually, it could also be "Zizi", but I'm assuming it's Kiki because that seems more plausible. FYL OP, but I guess it's a nice way to break the ice, no? "Hi, what's your name?" "Penis. What's yours?" :)

I fixed it to be more specific. They meant penis, but I think they put 'dick' because their name is more the slang for penis instead of the medical term.

Like Vanni said, it's thought their name is French for dick, but was put across to sound like penis. Sounds....unusual..but you can change your name I suppose. (even if it is the principal of the thing.)
