Today, I was eating with my boyfriend and his family at a high-end restaurant when, suddenly, I screamed, thinking a dog had just bitten my leg. I am terrified of dogs. I kicked my under-the-table assailant as hard as I could. It was my boyfriend's adorable five-year-old sister. FML

You did a good job, kids should know its not polite to play under the table in a high-end restaurant. Do wonder why you would think a dog is walking around in a high-end restaurant...

It'll teach her not to bite peoples legs or to crawl under tables when your out eating. It'll save her parents trying to teach her.

Totally understand why you kicked on instinct. Hope she's okay.

lol why would a dog be in a restaurant though?

What the hell would a dog (that wasn't very well and highly trained to help someone) be doing in a high-end restaurant? You're an idiot and deserve it. And 5 years old or not, the kid deserved it too for being a biter.

Oh, shut up! “Why the hell would there be a dog in a high end restaurant?” Why? Because dogs are everywhere nowadays. I would've done the same thing as I'm terrified of the f***ing creatures.

You were in a *high end restaurant* and thought that a *dog* bit you?? Why the hell would there be a dog in a high end restaurant, unless it was a service dog.....and who the hell gives a service dog that bites? It's okay to be startled by something like that (I got bit by a 5 year old at a rehearsal), but use some common sense.

She drew first blood. That's grounds for a beating.

#132 hahaha. Yeah that's weird to think a dog is in a high end restaurant, but if all of a sudden something bites your leg, you wouldn't automatically assume it's the 5 year old, it was like a reflex. That's unfortunate though, i hope she's okay!

Did the kid bite you? Why would you kick anything as hard as you could? Also, if you're a dog kicker, I never want to be your friend. :/
