If it completely ruins her mood, she's a very sad and humorless person. It's hilarious, nothing to be pissed about. It's only a temporary mood destabilizer. I would think it would STRENGTHEN the mood, actually, after that brief moment of "lolwhat." Being silly is what couples do, yes even during sex. "Grrr, I'm the cuddle monster~" ring any bells? It's more endearing.
