@97 That depends on the company most companies unless the tech is on probation will record randomly and rarely even if they give the general disclaimer of your call being recorded.

Yea... i had this problem with dell... I had to enter in commands on my computer and the guy was repeating them to me over the phone and i was typing them all in right it just wouldn't go through... i told the guy that this was happening and he kept getting annoyed with mea nd was getting more sarcastic.... douche bags he really pissed me off i had to pay them ******* 256 dollars to do this. #95 or whate4ver the **** some people are technically inclined stop being a bitch :P
You know you probably are doing something really stupid, but its probably not your fault you don't know how to use a computer. You're not an idiot but you are a computer idiot. Do all of us a favor and stay away from online course and computers!
