Wow, he either gave his 2 weeks notice or he's about to I bet. I agree with the people who said call and complain. If you don't have his name, have them check your account for who accessed it last or something.

Agreed. OP was probably just the straw that broke the camel's back. Tech support can be one of the most frustrating and patience-wearing jobs in the world. If he walked OP though a simple process multiple times, and was on the phone with her for an hour, I can see how he could be at his wit's end. Not that that makes it right for him to explode, but sometimes there are just people who don't have the basic understanding of computers necessary to call tech support and be assisted. He snapped.
