Not so tech savvy

Today, I called Tech Support because the computer program wouldn't let me open files for my online classes. After an hour, and being walked through the downloading process multiple times. There was a pause and he said, "You're a fucking idiot." and hung up. It still won't work. FML

you know, if after an hour and multiple explainations you still dont get it... hes probably right

Wow, he actually called you that to your face. Usually, they hit the "mute" button before they tell you that for everyone in the help center to hear.

I have to agree with the Tech Support guy. You spend 4 years, maybe more, learning how computers work, how to fix them, etc etc, then you spend your day walking people through how to make a new folder, or how to download a file for hours.

Lol... Tech support people suck. I agree with the other people though, just complain about it.

I've been working in a call centre for 5 years. It was only once that I hind up cuz the person was a complete goof. The company ignored his complain after listening to the recording

The dude should be fired I mean ya u couldn't do it but that's no way to talk to a costumer
