Today, I told my boyfriend about my upcoming mouth surgery. He freaked out. Not because he's worried about me, but because I told him I will not be able to give him head for two weeks. FML
I agree, your life sucks 45 300
You deserved it 7 970

Lauren324 tells us more.

Actually I've been with him for 3 years now... It's a mutual thing with us, we both pleasure each other like that equally, I think that's why he was bummed out. Usually it's everyday with us....

Women who date men like this continue to surprise me.. Why do you date this kind of a-hole?

That's a dick move, I fail to understand why people can be so un-tactfull.

Well you're just going to have to cancel that surgery aren't you?

The ability to detect sarcasm seems to have become as obsolete as common sense.

You'd think a few more people would be sensible enough to pick up humour, considering the site we're on.

It's certainly your decision, but personally I wouldn't date a man with no sympathy for my feelings nor pain and only his sexual gratification in mind.

It's the internet. There's always going to be some ******* idiot who is either trolling or is as much of a **** up to genuinely think she deserves it. They normally still live at home and are completely frustrated with their lives.

They probably have yet to get a ******** as well.

Only reason why I'd see people choosing YDI is because she chose to date that douche bag who only cares for sex and not her well being.

that's what I was thinking too. She chose to date him. But still, he's a Dbag

I think it's just a difference in the conception of time/responsibility concerning the decision of whether to pick FYL or YDI. In cases like this, your vote is highly influenced on whether you consider the entire life of the OP or the described situation the OP was in. This is the case for most relationship-related posts: When only looking at the situation, the people usually don't deserve what they are faced with. In the long run, though, one does have a valid point when questioning the decisions of the OP. (They did, after all, decide to get into a relationship with their partners. This also means that they did not invest enough time to learn about things like this.)

Obviously oral sex is very important that you felt a need to mention it to him that he wouldn't be getting any for that period of time. Might be a good test to see if he's only in to you for those skills and nothing else. :P

Oh no not yoga, he needs to join a Zumba class. He has a better chance of getting head from the instructor there. May have to pay for it though. Haha.

Aww boo hoo poor him. NOT! Tell him to suck it up.

As Noor pointed out, that's what yoga is for.

#67 I read that comment already. No cares about yours :-)

Tell him to go to an aerobics class for the two week period.

I thought that was a legitimate reason to cancel mouth surgery! Damn, I can't believe my husband convinced me to cancel...

Tell your douchebag, hopefully ex, boyfriend that you are a human being and not a collection of body parts for his pleasure. That shows such blatant disrespect to you that he doesn't care about your welfare.
