Today, I finished up my physics project. I had to make some thing out of toothpicks and glue that will keep an egg from breaking when dropped 20 feet. It took me 10 hours to make it, but only took my dad 10 seconds to step on it and break it. It's due tomorrow. FML

FAIL people. Re-read the FML. It's for physics, and must be made of toothpicks and glue. Toothpicks and glue. Have that key fact down? Good.

Just have your dad call up the school and tell them you're sick. It'll buy you an extra day.

YDI gor leaving it on the floor, douche bag

It took your dad 10 seconds to take a step? o.O BOOM! BOOM! "It's Godzilla!"

He did it in slow motion just to make his kid cringe for the whole destructive episode.

Hahaha thats what I was wondering!

complete YDI fuktard. "Today, I was too stupid of an ass to keep my fragile project on a desk or table, so I put it on the floor. Someone stepped on it. Predictable. FML

Oh, I bet! And the kid just watched in terror... hah.. terror.... >:]

he could have easily left it on the floor. when your building something like that, you want all the materials where you can get them. but why would you leave it on the floor after you were done building it? good luck rebuilding it, but part of it is your own damn fault

I remember doing that project it's hard and does take awhile 10hr? yeah i think NOT come on leaving it on the floor ? your smart clap clap clap good for you!

10 hrs? really? we did this back in 5th grade- add a parachute

Toothpicks and glue. Where in that material list that you see her is allowed to use do you see a parachute? With a parachute it is easy but only Toothpicks and glue, it's a much harder project that takes much more time

WAIT a minute here. Is the egg placed inside project and then whole thing dropped or is it dropped from 20 feet onto the assignment? Because if it's the first one, how can it protect an egg if you dad can step on it and easily break it? Assuming he's not morbidly obese that is.

somebody stepping on something by accident would give more pressure than something falling from 20ft, i stepped on a controller when i was a little kid and broke the joy stick, try dropping one from 20ft and see if it breaks. simple fact is that your dad is godzilla and he wanted to reenact an episode on your project. now if your project was missing...and you see a bit of ash in its place, then your totally screwed. and 10hrs? how slow could you go? it would only take a few to glue the sticks together. well if you cant succeed with toothpicks make the whole damn thing outa glue with one toothpick in the middle. the glue itself would protect the egg, but remember to superglue the egg to your project when the teacher isnt looking.
