Actually, it could also be "Zizi", but I'm assuming it's Kiki because that seems more plausible. FYL OP, but I guess it's a nice way to break the ice, no? "Hi, what's your name?" "Penis. What's yours?" :)

111, 120, and 127 aren't moderate because they're referring to a popular ENGLISH song that has a couple of lines in French. The reference they're making is actually pretty relevant and funny; you should look it up. The song is Lady Marmalade. It was originally a hit in the 70s and then was brought back by Moulin Rogue. Though, I'd imagine I'm supposed to be moderated now, for using the French phrase "Moulin Rouge."
